MetaOption IT Staffing follows a rigid selection process that ensures that our clients are presented with only those candidates that are the best fit for their specific staffing requirements and needs. We follow a strict set of rules which are globally accepted. Every candidate has to pass our selection process and has to verify his/her technical skills, education and experience. We then perform a reference check and conduct a behavioral based interview to ensure that the candidate understands corporate ethics.

Once our team fully understands your staffing needs & requirements, our in-house IT recruiters start searching the right candidates in our own database and other external resources. It then follows a rigorous pre-screening, technical evaluation and interview process. We also crosscheck prior experience and background, before the final presentation of shortlisted candidates to the client, for consideration.
